Women’s Health Hub – Menopause

South Fulham Primary Care Network are setting up a new women’s health hub at Sands End Health Clinic.

The first service we are offering is an Advanced Menopause Practitioner Clinic. The clinic will take place once a month.

The clinic aims to support GPs in managing more complex aspects of the menopause and HRT (hormone replacement therapy).

Your GP can refer you to the clinic for more support in managing your menopause. Speak to your GP for more information.
